YogaTherapeutics offers individualized and small tailored classes in hatha yoga, Ayurveda medicine, naturopathic medicine and meditation for optimal mind, body and spirit health. YogaTherapeutic classes are offered privately and semi-privately to help students overcome depression, back pain, digestive disorders, arthritis, diabetes, anxiety, asthma, chronic pain and inability to relax or concentrate. Each class is tailored specifically to the needs of the student(s), thus all students should register and speak with the instructor prior to attending. To achieve significant results from yoga therapy, students should attend at least 4-6 classes, once or twice per week, and include practice in their daily routines.
